Battle of the Biscuits
*****Disclaimer - I am in no way affiliated with Aldi*****
Seal Bars vs Penguins
I have never been a great lover of Penguins to be honest, not even the cheesy jokes on the back, a feature which Aldi have neglected to include on their infamous 'Seal bars'. However, the Seal bar comes extremely close to replicating McVitie's Penguin, if not actually tasting better than the Penguin.
Butter Biscuits vs Choco Leibniz
The results of this comparison were similar to the Seal Bars vs Penguins test, with Aldi's 'butter biscuits' tasting exactly the same as Bahlsen's Choco Leibniz. I usually get sick of Choco Leibniz before I can finish the pack, but I did not have this issue with Aldi's butter biscuits, (if you are reading this, both packs are now long gone).

Wacko vs Rocky
A childhood classic for me, I hadn't ever actually tried Aldi's version, and I was actually pleasantly surprised. Both biscuits are extremely good, and filled with soft caramel, mmmmm.
Toffeeooze vs ToffeepopsFinally, I put Aldi's Toffeeooze to the test against Lyon's Toffeepops. Whilst the taste of these two biscuits are virtually the same, there was a small difference in texture with Toffeeooze's being slightly chewier. However, this difference is nothing the difference in price can't make up for!
We have once again reached the end of another blog post :( Thank you so much for taking the time to read it! and stay tuned for the my next post!
